It is very important for the retiring veteran’s to identify where and in which job they are likely to fit in once they retire from the forces. Their second innings must be on a very sound footing. Job & Entrepreneurship Evaluation Test (JEET) is a psychometric scientifically validated assessments for such purpose. It is a comprehensive package of assessments to assist retiring veteran’s for independent assessment and to know about their interests, for their future growth and well-being.

JEET is an online assessment programme which will help veterans to explore the behavioural skill they possess. TMC & its partner will facilitate veteran’s in choosing a right career after retirement. The tests are designed to measure an individual’s suitability to a role using certain predefined parameters. The tests are based on broad range of scientifically validated assessments that are widely used for soft skills assessment/ enhancement, leadership development, and team building.

Based on this assessment outcome, the participant can choose the training programs (MERA COURSE) for future employability.

For all online programmes, AWPO will provide the necessary infrastructure requirements at their cost.
